WILL THE INITIAL CLEANING TAKE LONGER?

Yes, the initial cleaning usually takes longer than subsequent visits. This allows us to provide a thorough deep cleaning and understand the unique needs of your home.

DO I NEED TO BE HOME WHILE MY HOUSE IS BEING CLEANED?

No, you don't need to be home during our cleaning service, but the choice is entirely yours. Many of our clients are not at home during our visits. Most opt to use a lockbox or entrust us with a key and alarm code. For added security, all keys are individually coded and securely stored in our office.

WHAT TIME DO AMAZING MAIDS ARRIVE TO CLEAN?

Our cleaning services are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred day and time for scheduling.

WHAT ABOUT MY PETS?

We cherish your pets and will care for them as if they were our own. Any special instructions regarding your pets are recorded on our work orders, ensuring our cleaning technicians are informed of your preferences.

DO I NEED TO TIP MY CLEANING TECHNICIAN?

While not required, tips for excellent service are highly valued. Many clients choose to tip at the end of each cleaning or with a larger tip at year-end. Please designate any tip left as such. Tips can also be included in your credit card payment. It's important to note that 100% of tips go directly to our cleaning technicians who perform the job.\

ARE YOU BONDED AND INSURED?

WK Home Platform LLC provides a stress-free home cleaning service solution. Unlike many independent maid services that lack insurance, leaving homeowners liable, we are fully insured, licensed, and bonded to protect both you and us. Additionally, WK Home Platform LLC covers employee payroll and income taxes, relieving you of any liability.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?

Please provide us with 24 business hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your cleaning appointment. We will accommodate your request promptly. Please note that our office is closed on weekends. For any changes to Monday appointments, kindly contact us by the preceding Friday.

DO I HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT?

No. You can cancel the service anytime you wish.

We recognize the following holidays:
